Outdoor Leader Training is a hands-on-program which gives adult leaders the practical outdoor skills they need to lead Scouts in the out-of-doors. It includes all the skills necessary to see the outdoor program of the Boy Scouts of America come to life. It is required for Scoutmasters & Assistants, and Varsity Coaches & Assistants to be considered trained.
